Some guiding principle to help you reframe your thoughts:
Pay attention to your thought life (leverage your emotions to help you)
Notice when you have a negative thought- be specific
Reframe your thinking
Refuse to give ground to that negative thought
On a daily basis flood your mind with positive and good thoughts
Get an accountability partner to help you move forward.
